With over three decades of award-winning sales experience under his belt, Brian Patella has earned a solid reputation as being a strategic thinker, powerful marketer, and savvy negotiator. Although he values the skills of his profession, Brian credits his success primarily to the strength of his client relationships and expansive business network.

l've sat on both sides of the desk; been both a buyer and a seller. That experience brings home the importance of communication, of asking questions, and above all, of listening to your client's specific set of desires, parameters and needs. In order to do your job effectively and efficiently, you need to be familiar with every detail of your client's particular situation and/or business. By responding to a need rather than dictating a solution, your interaction/transaction is guaranteed to meet if not exceed all expectations.

A native New Yorker and California resident since 1988, Brian Patella earned a degree in Political Science/Speech Communications from Boston College. A dyed-in-the-wool Foodie and lover of all things (especially eatable) Italian, he is also a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.

Based out of Coldwell Banker's Studio City office, Brian is a long-time and enthusiastic resident of the area. In addition to representing both buyers and sellers throughout the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles Metro, Brian is active in his local community, especially when it comes to supporting the work of Studio City's police, firefighters, and other first responders.

Before launching his career in Real Estate, Brian managed a prestigious roster of thought-leader clients in media sales and marketing; clients that continue to remain a part of his professional network.
